I like the V8 idea, just a shame he used a Rover , he should of used a 928 V8 :)

would have thought a 6.0 L LS engine would have fit the bill better than the 928 or the Rover v8, as it's weight is virtually identical to the 4 pot.

Is it me or does that bonnet scoop just not look right at all. Shame it's a 3.5 the power is pretty poor on them isn't it. 4ltr TVR/Rover engine like in the Bowler would of been nice though :mrgreen:

928 doesn't fit not even with mods, you need a spaceframe front to get it in. The RV8 is limited by it's heads so big capacity engines produce more torque but little more high end HP, although cheap to buy & tune. Mine made 220BHP & economical 32MPG in the 7 for very small money. My choice would be an LSx lump, smaller & lighter than the RV8 hugely lighter & more powerful than a 928 plus much cheaper to buy & run.
