I have a rare 'Mastiff' book that is genuinely sellable at between 250 and 300 pounds.
It is amazing what a truly rare, book can fetch if it relates to a particular hobby.

I was at an Evo magazine event at the Porsche Driving place by Silverstone recently, and Chris Harris was passing around a couple of old Porsche books valued at well over a grand apiece. Brave man, considering that I was attempting to juggle wine and canapés in the other hand.
