hi my 86 928s2 has a very light smell of oil in the cabin on tickover but when driving the smell seams to dissapear ! does anyone the cure to this . I would like to thank everyone who helped me on my last topic/drama with my radiator i had it recored for a very reasonable £240 many thanks GARY

Could the exhaust be blowing underneath the car somewhere? I had a similar thing and it was one of the joins in the exhaust. It was an odd smell, a mixture of oil and exhaust fumes, and it took me a while to locate. Also if there is an oil leak, as there was on mine, oil could be getting on to the exhaust.
