My personal fave: "Such-and-such is included and is a 5 minute job to fit", or "Just needs such-and-such to run"....

So why don't you do the work, then you will be able to sell the car!!!

what about

" I have maintained this car myaself as I am a Porsche/Ferrari/Rolls Royce ( never Ford or Vauxhall etc) trained ' technician' then in the details are listed about 15 minor faults including windows and central locking that dont work. I have genuinely seen this at least 3 times in the last few months. If these are genuine then there must be a lot of Porsche or Ferrari trained technicians out there who are unemployed because they cant be bothered to fix a car !

Thats true Mas ... I have seen so many Porsches maintained by Porsche or Ferrari mechanics ... or their son/brother/father is one!
