 Post subject: 944 Turbo fan or fans on all the time

HI Guys,

Has anyone had this propblem before?

At the moment I have just disconnected the battery as its to dark to see the engine bay.
I am guessing it will be a thermostat or the switch?

It's another excuse to start driving the 928.

My guess would be either the otter switch or the relay.

What Jim said Steve but in my experience probably the top radiator switch, passenger side, not a big job to sort.

i reckon rad thermoswitch, about a tenner and about half an hours work

Had it on 2 different cars now, one failed to switch on which saw my car overheat at standstill, better if they fail to on in my book !
