I'll have a poke around mine tomorrow and let you know what parts I need but a quick list now is

speaker grilles (plus the centre one)
driver's side blower vent
plug from one of the indicators (which some wire)
driver's seat (if it's not torn as the picture suggests)
front bumper (both parts)
cassette holder (all of that)
speedo

I'm sure there's more so whilst giving mine a look over I'll know what else I'm after.

The most annoying thing is that this car is probably in better overall condition than mine but I'm determined to save it!

Grab the door cards too as they look in good condition.
Decent door cards are like gold and you can't buy them.

i may be talking out of turn here, if rav is coming to the NEC next weekend maybe he could bring some of the smaller parts and you could meet him on the tipec stand and collect parts off him, only an idea !

Believe it or not I cant think of anything I need other than that windscreen clip, personally if I had an early 944 I'd go over there and strip it bare lol , you never know when you'll need bits.

It goes back to what I mentioned before , couldnt some of us get together and fill a garage with bits for us all in the future. Not one person making a profit but a genuine
' forum spares stash' . I think I'm going to try and buy a car and do this but I'll need someone more mechanically minded than me to help with spanners ! , I could learn more about cars during the dismantlling :bom: then I'dhave to find a friendly trailer owner round my way to help get rid of the shell.

Personally I don't see why older cars shouldnt be scrapped if they can keep the best loved examples on the road forever , it's a sad fact that some havnt been looked after and arent going to survive isnt it :?

Cheers Mas
