Blimey. Didn't realise it was that specialised. Have done a fair number of cam belt changes in my time and thought I'd got the measure of the job!

I'm glad Paul got back to you. He never got back to me! Left voicemails, emails, even sent a text. Paul if you read this give me a ring, you can take my S4 in and give it the once over sometime at your convenience. You have my number!

I believe he works through his voicemail/e-mails at the end of the day; in my experience the best approach is to keep trying his phone (during working hours!) until he answers in person - does take lots of trying since he doesn't answer if he's "got his hands full" or is in the middle of a conversation with a customer etc. I have also heard that he won't answer if you're ringing from a withheld number.

You will not be disappointed with the standard of Paul's work - he is also genuinely a very nice and helpful guy - you also have the added bonus of living very close to his workshop.

Be good to get his view on what else needs doing. I am sure there are lots of things to be done!
He is still about an hour away as I am a bit South East of Bath, but a lot closer than I know others have to travel, so grateful for that.
