Yeah, it's not that bad, you need some patience though.
From memory: - loosen (but don't remove) all the easy-access bolts under the bonnet holding the wing to the shell - pop out the rubber bonnet buffer things (be carefuly they sometimes crack) - remove the self-tapping screws holding the lower front of the wing to the sill - remove the bolts inside the wheelarch (rear of the wheel) 2 or 3 I think, clean area with a wire brush first to check - remove bolts holding lower front of wing to front valance, 3 I think - raise headlights, prise back rubber rain seal and remove tiny screw holding frontmost point of wing from shell (a small UJ attachment for your screwdriver/socket is worth its weight in gold here) - check all bolts are out now by gently pulling lower edge of wing away from car, it should flap about a little if you've got them all out. If not, work out where it's sticking, you've probably missed a bolt - when they're all free, remove all upper under-bonnet bolts - using a thin knife or blade, cut the underseal strip underneath the boldheads (real annoying job) and prise the wing free - be careful the angle at which you take it off, the front corner is easily bent.
