It'll be Burgundy, not the most common Porsche colour. There are at least two variations. Pinstripe & plain burgundy. All you can do is ring around the breakers.

As Jim says I'd recommend contacting one of the "car breaking for spares" ad's on ebay. The formers are hardboard. But the leather cloth (Not leather) will often come out in bits. But you can get new to recover from trimmers.
