Lindsay, I'd go around there myself, but Kent isn't just around the corner.

I don't know why it always happens to me. I had to complain about the paint job and have it redone, now I've got to complain about the seats. Why can't people just do the job right in the first place?

Well I finally got in touch with them. They're sending someone out to look at the seats next Wednesday. Lets hope that they come good in the end.

Looks like they'ed had a few before they started. Hope you get that sorted out! Just a waste of money looking at it :(
944 lux, Eco car. Off the road more than it's on!

Well, I waited in all day for them to turn up & guess what? Yep, they never turned up. I just got a phone call 30mins ago explaining that the technician was running late & would not be able to fit me in today.
:x So now I've got to wait until the 28th Jan. :x

It wouldn't be so bad, but I've just put temporary insurance on my back up car @ the cost of £66

i'd invoice them the cost of the insurance, by the way is it taxed ?
