Brilliant. I live just around the corner less than 2 mins away from the Dovecote and my brother is 15 mins away with his 944. Unfortunately I could not make it last Sunday as the gearbox selector linkage decided to fall off!

Anyway hope to see you all in March!

Is this the place that used to be called 'The Halfway House' and is just off the Swinderby Roundabout, to the left when heading towards Lincoln?

Just about an hour away...should manage a visit.

I have updated the regional page on the website.

Has anyone contacted all the guys in the region to let them know?

An apology...my wife has a rather 'serious' appointment at Grimsby Hospital on 8 March, so I will have to give the March meeting a miss. April, perhaps? :(

Good luck for tomorrow's meeting.

My 912 still having its undersides protected prior to Poppy Rally in a couple of weeks...engine and fuel tank guards in process of being fitted....so currently no wheel as carolyn is off to Grimsby hospital Comoros for MRI scan! :(

Hope to see you in April?

Now that my 912 has been sorted I've bought tickets for Gaydon. If there is anyone from the Lincs area attending, please come and have a chat. Guards Red 912, MCH 912 D.

An excellent day at Gaydon and the weather was perfect, not too hot, not too cold, just right. Unfortunately I was turned away from the grassy park with the rest of the TIPEC regions as there was no Lincolnshire representation. So I felt very much on my own...still I met some other classic and rallying owners. (The best sort of Porsche owner :D )

When is the next regional meeting?

Hi Elliot! Advance booking closes 12.00 Tuesday 16th June.£13 from the computermabob,£14 by phone or £16 on the gate.See events section or look up VSCC website for details.I will be there as early as I can with the gazebo as a meeting place, hopefully around 09.00- 09.30,somewhere around Mansfield or Mountain.Look forward to meeting you there. This is one of the VSCC s best meetings of the year. There will be a mouth watering collection of vintage cars all racing hard! The ticket price includes paddock access ,so you can get really close to the cars and drivers.Cheers John :)
