Guys, I know this might sound silly...if I take the lower rear seat out of a 89 944...can you see any of the chassis metal work /actual floor ? reason is there is a corrosion problem around the suspension mount behind rear sill. I plan get it fixed next year by taking car off the raod but would be nice to stem the tide of rot now. I know I wont be able to see actual mounts as corrosion isn't that bad !!!!???

I wondered if you have access to anything useful by taking the seat out. I have sprayed rust cure stuff in through door pillar access holes...just trying to get a bit closer to some of the other rot.
