Passed with flying colours, not a single thing on advisory, even though I’ve done next to no maintenance in the past six months.

I love Porsche ownership.

mine is coming up  last year they nearly failed me cos the screenwashers did not work(had not used them for over a year!!, and had not checked them) and had problems getting through emmissions, not surprised really the engine was stone cold and these guys did not understand about 911's warm up time, anyway I will take it in hot this year!!

Hi

Mine went through its MOT on Tuesday with a straight pass

Went to my local Independant Vauxhall Garage for a change, a lot easier as he is not far from our home.

I think the car caused quite a stir, they spent over an hour checking it over. I've never seen a car go up and down on a lift so many times. They even let me do the braking tests (me driving) with the mechanic in the car.

Next item on the agenda is to get it taxed and on the road now the weather is improving, got to be ready for the club visit to Sutton Coldfield OPC at the end of this month.

That should also be interesting as they are providing free of charge "Duty of Care" inspections for members' cars

Mine managed a MOT pass last weekend, Taxed on Monday and now on duty as my only car. Got to buy the wife a van instead of me having a Golf :|

Glad to hear they are all sailing through.

The only time the Speedtser gets wet is MOT day when the washers get pressed. Brian grins as he pulls the stalk and I always scowl back at him.

Sean gets a 5 day weather forecast from the BBC before he takes the Sportster out, if there is the faintest chance of rain then it stays in the garage

Sean, I remember Chatsworth!
