Hi,

I have run out of fuel and now it will not start, the car is in my garage awating the newly refurbed wheels on axle stands. I have put a gallon of fuel in a few days ago and it still will not fire up, the car is a 964 RS and I feel like a right plonker.

Any advice most welcome. :oops:

i'd bridge the fuel pump out to get that running on its own, make sure the fuel is up at the top end.

so you ran out of fuel but prior to that it was fine?

got a spare DME relay?

Yes car was fine before it ran out of fuel,

i would put more than a gallon in , if its drained and on stands might not be enough
