Post by 964russ »

My ins is up soon.
Payed £800ish last year, 30yr old, full ncb, 964 c-2, lowered, roll cage, cobra seats, ect;
Anyone know who might lower that price?

Try quotezone on the front page of the website. Click on it and fill in the forms, I think Tony save a few quid using it.

I use Hagerty also on the 993 , agreed value limited miles, classic policy(so no no claims bonus) very good value :) :)

Try Privilidge - once you have 5 year NCB no one gets near them for me.

Get rid of the roll cage, insurance companies don't like them

Al the main ins companys wont touch my car wiv the mods, mainly the cage!
They think iam a race car driver :o

Any way heres an update, hagerty wont touch me, sumthing about not having another car in my name.
heritage gave me a top quote £340, but has to in a garage! My garage is a workshop!
performace marque wont £830.
Adrian flux wont £820
Mannings wont £900, £500 wiv garage.
But good news classicline ins will insure the white flash, on my drive with the mods for £440 :D Fu@kin fantastic! Thats with the aparently death inducing roll bar (which turns even the calmest driver into a ragin skitz) I drive the slowest i ever have since getting the 64, it costs far to much to risk twanging.
