hi
just bought a nice little porsche, mrs reckons i'm having a mid-life crisis i think not. had a look at a few porsche sites - .org,924owners,porsche gb and yourselves, can't decide whether to join all or just a couple.been looking at events on most sites and i must say i do like the look of the international - its around the same time as the wife's fiftieth birthday so could take her and get her on the side of porsches seems like a good idea to me what do you reckon? anyway i'll just browse your site for now and see what your offering me for my money
jim :)

Hello and welcome Jim, yes Porsche and mid-life crisis have been linked before, in fact one lady used to refer to her husbands 944 as his menoporsche     Just enjoy driving it and if you fancy going along to your local monthly Tipec meet you will be made most welcome. If you can, post us a picture and a clue to your general area would help to let you know whats happening around you.

Welcome to the fourm and hopefully TIPEC as a member. Just drive it - no such thing as mid life crisis, just the dawning of a new appreciation.

There is nothing wrong with mid-life crisis - in fact when I explained to my wife that most men in that delicate age either get a mistress or the car of their childhood dreams, she was very sympathetic to my cause and even promised to help me polish the car ocasionally :-) I am sure she is not bitter at all, although I wonder why she sometimes refers to the car as "fat Helga"...

Life's too short, have fun!!
