How to upload a photo jpeg or gif (max size 0.5mb)

Click on uploads at the top of the screen
Browse your files
Click upload now
Click on file to view your picture
Right click on picture
Click on properties
Highlight URL then press control and c
Go back to forum index
Click on Img tab in message body
Press control and v and the URL will be copied onto the page.

Trying to upload a picture for my avatar. Where is this uploads section at the top of the screen??

These instructions are now redundant and were for attaching pictures to posts not for avatars.

For your Avatar click on User Control Panel top right under the logo, then click on profile.
