 Post subject: nitrous on a 944?

hi, just trying to find out , has anyone on ere ran nitrous on a non turbo 944 and if so how effective is it?

Hi :)

Yes several have done it :)

How effective.....VERY lol...

You can pick almost precisely how much extra Hp you want...

So...25/50/75/100/150 hp...all for around £700 to £1000 with a Wizards of Nos kit...

Above 150 hp extra you will need some more expensive bits....add another £500 to £1000.

But for say 100 hp around £700 and a couple of hours to fit the kit....

And its HUGE fun....

Also when not using the Nitrous your car acts perfectly normally.

You can insure with Adrian Flux as they will insure any car with a Wizards of Nos Kit...

I was thinking about this a few weeks ago. The progressive controllers they do are a good idea, they let you input an increasing amount of NOS based on throttle position.
