When I use my washers the left one barely dribbles out.I have tried disconnecting the pipe under the bonnet and blowing out with an airline and it made no difference.
Does this mean that I need a new washer jet or any other ideas?

Gone through this saga with mine & it's still misbehaving. I'm going to strip & repipe the lot including one-way valve. I'll also flush the washer bottle as it gets gunged up over the years & that blocks the jets.

When i stripped down the headlights on mine a couple of month back i had this problem, and the bottle as you have said Jim was gunged up, so all i did was give this a good wash with hot soapy water then pull the lines with an air line after disconnecting from the jets. I also soaked the jets in how water and scrubbed them with a nail brush before using the air line on them too, worked a treat till i decided one day to buff the car and forgot to remove or even mask out the jets But it should work.

Failing that then re-piping is the next best option

If it's not the pump then its likely to be the non return valve in the tee piece just before the bonnet nozzle, which can be replaced cheaply. Or the nozzle is blocked or worn out. I had to replace the one on my 924S as it was completely worn out and would not hold position and heated washers are not cheap.

Yup Heated washer jets the only ones now available for the 944 are around £40 the pair! What's more mine has a bastardised 924 bonnet so they don't even fit as the 924 ones are different

You can see if it's the jet by switching them over.

My drivers side washer jet dribbles out but if I switch them over then it shoots right over the roof. it seems to be the non return valve that's the problem on mine, had to clear out the pipes before it would spray at all so not surprised things are a bit shot.

Disconnected the faulty jet today and found it still dribbled until I disconnected the t piece,then it works fine so a new t piece has rectified the problem.
