Classicline in Europe

Does anyone have experience of calling on classicline assistane/recovery whilst in France/Europe ? If so how did it go ?

I did last year. The car was collected quickly (I'd already diagnosed the engine problem & insisted it be repaired in the UK). It then took them 7.5 weeks to get the car transported back from Holland. Apart from the very long wait, the car arrived in perfect condition. I didn't need onward transport, hotels etc. as I had mates with me who got me home.

From other tales I've heard, using the AA or RAC is not significantly quicker.
