Windscreen washer pump

Thanks. Strangely my pump started working again, just as I was preparing to wrestle it out. Good to know there's a cheap pump available though.

When I bought the car, some twat had fitted a RED push to make switch in the Gauge cluster/air vents surround trim & wired directly to the washer pump :shock:

I'm assuming someone thought the wiper stalk was at fault. Needless to say, I replaced the trim & unnecessary wiring & got the pump working through wiper stalk control. Worked on & off for a while! So most prob pump was playing. Till recently, it just died.

Took the car out yesterday evening & tried it again & all fine :bounce:

For £7 I would buy one and stick it in the spares box,

It's a fair weather car, so I rarely use the wipers, screen washers, or the head lights. Pre MOT checks is when I usually find out if somethings not working. Just got 12 months so it's all good now.
