Hello all, I bought a 997 C2S in the summer which is my first porsche. Historically i've been a big VW fan both air cooled and water cooled. I've always been keen to get my hands dirty around cars doing brake upgrades or suspension upgrades, swapping engines and such, however I realised id never had a truly fast car, and I've wanted a 911 since I was about 13. My plan was always to get something from the 70's or 80's with a whale tail hopefully to fix up and modify, but as most of those cars are out of my price range I went for the next best thing.

The car is a 2005 C2S with Factory areo (polarizing) Sports chrono and exhaust, and overall all my favorite options with the exception of no sunroof ah well you can't have everything. Looking forward to attending a few club events and meets. My dad also has a 928 and im pretty interested in all the marques and models.

One thing I would say you need to reduce the photo size. I normally do 640 x 480, these show up massive on my laptop.

ok Jim, all resized they were mahoosive, if you hold shift and click refresh in your browser it should reload the images as the new smaller ones instead of the cached mahoosive ones.
