Replaced all the screws, washers, speed nuts and retaining clip under my front bumper.

Got all the bits from my OPC, using the Design911 diagram!

Satisfying little job for obsessives like me!

Great Work 8) I'm a little obsessive myself about stuff like that; nice to know it's all shiny and rust free now!

Tackled the Door Cards yesterday; am moving to RS format..

The/A Previous Owner thought it would be a good idea to Sound Proof the entire Car at some point, I have been undoing his terrible Work for some months now, so whilst this was not a surprise as such, it certainly was a Shock.. I have no idea how he thought this was a Job well done..

Ready for another day when I shall having POR15 the inside of the Door base/gutter, place some minimal sound proofing [one sheet] to mitigate vibrations, remove the Glue, and double-sided-tap a Polythene Sheet down.

Black, yes..

It might seem [/actually is] the expensive way around, but preserving the Blue interior and swapping out for Black..

Have Black Carpet to go in, as well as Black Rear Quarter panels etc.

It is not as straight forward as it seems, and have to say I was a little pissed off at there being no fittings for the RS Pull Straps supplied with the Door Cards.. I will be removing the Card anyways, and swapping out the Nut & Bolt hack I performed for a more harmonious Clevis Pin & Split Pin solution.. Not so keen on the JackNuts either, but even less the Crosshead/Phillips Bolts that go into them, so have some Torx Bolts that will replace those..

I don't know where is best, but I bought my stuff from this guy in the US.. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/appbiz/m.htm ... 7675.l2562

Carpet is pretty good quality, and whilst I haven't fitted it yet, have had it out of the bx etc. to check all was there..

I hear people raving about Southbound, but their pricing seems to be Lotto Win kinda stuff..
