2004 Cayenne S - Retrofit Cruise Control

I'm attempting to retrofit cruise control to my 04 Cayenne S. I have the necessary parts. Just need someone to complete the reprogramming for me. I understand OPC are reluctant to do this unless you have bought the retrofit kit from them. Can anyone recommend a specialist who has the necessary PIWIS equipment in Central Scotland please?
