I have just received the following email from the organisers;

Sorry. But Croft has been cancelled 27/28th September.

Due to the British super bike event 2 weeks ago at Croft. The spectator parking field is not in a suitable condition to be used.
Unfortunately this means the area used for the Air Ambulance motor show is now been used for spectator parking inside the circuit.
And there is nowhere for the show to be moved to.
All I can say is sorry and thank you all for your support.

The racing will still be taking place and a number of North East members are still planning on attending, but the car show will sadly not be going ahead.

Hi Simon,

Nice to meet up with you again and some of your members at Croft. Sorry that I missed you when I went home.
How did Mike get on Sunday with the racing, hope better than Saturday?
Did enjoy watching the Lambo's & Ferrari's around the track, the sound of the Lambo was fab as it passed.

Thanks for making the trip up to Croft.
Mike didn't match Saturday's early pace, but the car seemed to perform more consistently throughout the race and at least the master switch stayed in the on position all the way through.

The Lambo won again on Sunday, although one of the GT3s put up a brave fight until he ran wide on one of the corners and removed his front splitter.
