Hi

Loll,,,they are probably following you....are you going to the next Tipec meeting by the way ?
All the best Brett

Yes I need a faster car! We'll use yours to take up Gordon's offer of a drink, he hasn't bought us one yet.
Note Brett that I am also avenging the time when you got a ticket in a place I authorised you to park in!
Anyway this should keep them busy, sending it to Council by email, my plans for the current ticket are much bigger

:
Ruling Against CouncilFollowing the Traffic Penalty Tribunal ruling against the Council in the appeal case BB05283G against Parking Contravention Notice BB60026921 I write to request an apology from the Council for the distress caused by their actions and for the trespass to my property on April 20th 2008.
I also consider it to have been harassment by the Parking Services to have claimed that I had committed, and had been reported for, 'racism', by asking that their officer - later to sign an untrue witness statement, the unreliability of which was referred to by the Tribunal - whom I claimed had shown disrespect to a British uniform, by not wearing his hat, should be sent back to the colonies; the Parking Services thus claiming that any reference to the British Empire under the last Queen - when Bournemouth was rather more salubrious than it is today - constitutes 'racism'.
I request that the Council also apologises for the distress caused by this particular harassment.
I point out that is institutionalised harassment for the Council to have initiated a system where individuals are advised that they have been reported for creating a 'racist' incident which has been logged, with no suggestion of a crime having been committed, and where the Council is defining the bullying and offensive word 'racist' as "whatever is perceived as 'racism' by the informant or recording officer".
I point to the definitions of harassment both under the Harassment Act and to an EU definition which such a system satisfies.
Furthermore, the attempt to follow any New Labour directive related to the system has therefore been negligently complied with by creating a criminal system to comply with the law.
Thirdly I request that the Council ceases to operate this system of harassment, and if it wishes to continue with it, then for the Council to offer it's position with regard to the above claim that their system constitutes harassment.
Fourthly, I request that the Council clearly states that the people of Bournemouth can safely refer in future to any British history, whether approved or not by New Labour, without suffering fear of intimidation by the Council.
A response(s) by email is adequate.
