I'm new to this forum so please bear with me if I have missed a topic or am posting inappropriately

I don't know how many 970 owners there are here at TIPEC? I'm here because I've had several 924 and 928 over the years and still run a Shark (S4) today for fun.
My Panamera Turbo (2011) is my daily driver and whilst I'm in awe of its power and grip I am really (and I mean really, really) fed up with the noise of the suspension (mostly the front) on uneven road surfaces so I was wondering if I'm alone with this "characteristic" or if its something common to higher mileage cars [mines got 60k miles)?
It's at its worst in 'comfort' and more tolerable in 'sport plus' which (fortunately) is my preferred suspension setting [along with 'sport' for the drive], and though its had some new front suspension arms under warranty the OPC suggests there is nothing more that can be done.
I realise that with the 4Wd and the Air that this is a sophisticated setup, and there is no question that it performs brilliantly at speed around very tight corners, but somehow this 'hammer-like' knocking on uneven roads just doesn't seem right for a £100k+ car.
So I'm interested in and welcome the observations of any other 970 owners on the forum please, even if it is just to commiserate
