Interesting looking car, nice to see someone has invested some cash and saved it rather than break it.

Looks like fun on the face of it, but requires very careful inspection, and personally I'd invest in a nice unmolested S if I were to spend that much money on a 924.

Yep, I thought it a bit expensive, but don't really know how much they are going for. Some of the bits don't seem to fit very well ?

I like the colour, it's not a car i've seen before though.

The rear hatch is the spoilerless version and they haved fixed a spoiler to the body. As well as looking wrong, it will colect water and cause rot. Would need a new hatch and removal of that spiler which will leave holes.
I'm not sure the interior really matches the carpet either.

Personally, i'd find another

now I'm no expert on 924's but that car looks all wrong....restoration? more like a blow over...
few things to note:
as has already been noted the rear spoiler is wrong
the interior looks terrible
the 'Porsche' decal along the N/S isn't straight
the 'Porsche' script along the rear panel is bowed
the bumpers don't fit properly
the engine bay is wrong, what's going on with the black chassis rails and engine bulkhead?
and what's going on with the rear wiper? it should be vertical and it should be a lot longer too

I'm sure that a proper inspection would throw up a whole heap of problems.....walk away would be my advice..

regards

Pete

Only a mother would love it!

You could buy a nice original 924 for far less money.

I might be doing the car a huge disservice but is it the "Kray Brothers Tribute" car that was knocking around 6-8 months ago with the rear window vinyl sticker removed? Eventually sold on eBay for £4,000-ish???

Struggled to find any images of it online so could be my failing memory :)

It is indeed. Still for sale and still ambitiously priced :D
