had an email from UK National Lottery saying i won 250,000.00. i replied back with ''sounds like garbage to me'' and they replied back again with....

I get email's like this every day saying "I'm a winner, just forward to us every single piece of personal information I can find and we'll send a cheque". latest ones are from ever bank known in the UK saying they're updating there security records. Halifax yesterday, Lloyds bank was today, my block senders list is filling up and I've bounced more emails back then the Harlem globetrotters have basket balls.
Yes the spelling is quite amusing sometimes for supposedly national corporate companies.
How do they get our email addresses? Government hasn't been misplacing more laptops have they :oops:

I got something like this a while ago from America - I'd won $500,000.
All I had to do was forward a $19.95 admin fee and they would release the funds.
I suggested they knock the admin fee from the winnings and forward me a net cheque (check?) for $499,980.05.

Guess what...........? Never heard back from them. :lol:

Good luck with yours though. I'm absolutely sure it must be genuine :lol:

I'm currently receiving emails from a chap in Nigeria that want me to assist him to "facilitate the transfer of 25M USD" to a UK bank account. The money is the life savings of some poor unfortunate who died in a plane crash with no living relatives. I get to keep 30% for my trouble

He just needs all my bank account details so he can make the transfer :roll:

Same as above with my wife at work,this time a law firm in China handling estate of a guy who has died with no living relatives.As we have the same surname will transfer all funds and we get to keep 30%. Another spam blocker im afraid. My daughter who is a lawyer gets these every day to her at work so obviously they dont check company they are sending to
As they always say if it sounds too good to be true it normaly is
