So it looks like I'm going to need one of these, mine is leaking like sieve. I might be lucky and find its a connector but I doubt it.
The problem is getting another. PCGB £910 incl VAT and on global back order.
I'm waiting for Tom at Augment to get me a price for his and I notice others have built one around universal cooler.
Anyone done anything else or source and OEM one at a better price?
I assume I need one for normal road use or might I manage without until I could source another? Not all boxes have oil coolers although I think the turbos do.

Apologies for the duplicate post from the "other" forum but I need to pick as many brains as poss.

Hi , there is a used one available on ebay at the moment , failing that I do have a spare but not sure what condition it is in as its up in the loft which I can't presently get to .
All will be well used by now and toms option is probably better if originality is not a concern .

I spotted the one on ebay but frankly it looks very well used. Yes it may fix the issue for now but its a 20 yr old part so may not last very long in use.
It's looking like I may need to reconstruct one from standard parts but I need to see exactly what is leaking.

Hi David :)

Due to my Nitrous system cooking the tranny oil, I had Paul Anderson fit me a huge aftermarket tranny cooler(brand new) at the front of my car.....where the normal ( for 928s) tranny cooler is...

So I already had the piping through to the front...not sure if yours is same or is the cooler at the back ?

I think mine was around £100 plus half an hours labour and some extra synthetic gear oil...

All the best Brett :)

I found mine was leaking from the connector, I pulled it off and glued it back on gain :D
Exactly the way Porsche do it

I am on my 3rd one. Bought a 6 row cooler for next time it goes and will get some pipes fabbed up to suit. I managed to get a good used one for 100 quid from James at Only9. I had another one that may or may not leak but have not seen it since my shed was bulldozed.......was keeping it for the ends for my cooler set up. 9 products sell billet ends for just that purpose but they are pricey.
