With regards to a dry sump system, given your able to fabricate. Could you not cut and modify a std sump and fab up some brackets for the pump.

I have a full pace setup, (pump just rebuilt by pace) From a TVR V8 race engine we no longer require. Can get you pictures if interested?

Got some real enthusiasm for this now, most of the hard work is done, and the car is looking how I really wanted it too, now I have all the body panels I wanted, and have wheels sorted too which have the car sitting exactly how I want it to.

The time consuming shell prep work is nearly complete! And most of the parts I require to get it rolling I have been slowly collecting. Have also been having suspension components blasted/coated etc and all new bushes etc ready to build up and bolt to the shell.

Soon as the shell work is complete, it's just a case of spending money on pricey stuff such as brakes and suspension/seats etc, and bolting stuff on which takes no time at all in comparison to custom fabrication.

Probably only about 12 hours fab work left on she'll until it's ready for paint now, so can see the light!

I have a caterham 7 that I rebuilt up for sale, so once the sun comes out hopefully someone will buy that, and I can purchase the bits required to get this painted and rolling.

I really want to see this finished! I have invested a lot of time in it!

The hard part is choosing which engine I want to use in the car!

I realise that it is a multi-faceted attack, but I'm determined to encourage you as much as I can to finish it. :D

Lol, don't worry I want to see this finished as much as you do.

Like I say should have some cool updates soon as I can find a bit of time to offer up the new bits!

small update, all the rear suspension parts are now here, new bushes, mounts etc. stripped the rear trailing arms down along with beam and mounts etc, everything is now away for powdercoating and vapour blasting, so in a week or so the complete rear end will be ready for rebuild with new wheel bearings on way too.

then i can get the car rolling again once shell fab is done.

Not got that far yet. But tbh most likely gaz gold coilovers, along with blade type adjustable anti roll bars, and custom tube front lower arms with spherical bearings and all adjustable track/camber/castor etc.

Along with Alcon front 6 pot calipers and Brembo rears.

I have it all planned out in my head. But still undecided on engine choice!

I'm hoping to get a bit more done on the shell this month as had a last minute cancellation.

Be good to get the metal work done and some of the dry build done so I can get it rolling

Speak soon

new front wheels ordered and should be with me tommorrow. 18x9.5j ET10, will also have to machine up an adaptor spacer as they are non porsche fitment. this will have to be 20mm thick, so final fitment will be 18x9.5j et-10, coupled with the 50mm wider front wings im running this should be almost perfect fitment!

cant wait to offer them up and see how they fill the new front arches which arrived from sweden a few weeks ago.

rear wheels are 18x11j et8, adaptor spacers will be made up to ensure perfect fitment once i have the car here. although by my calculations we should be about right with a 20mm adaptor again, bearing in mind the gtr arches add around 120mm per side onto the 924 body. (running 944 late offset hubs to achieve wider rear track)
