will brembos work with early offset hubs? i would of thought the disc would end up in the wrong place?

i ask as i thought i may need early offset hubs to fit some wheels in the front arches of mine, but got some wide wings coming instead now. i didnt have a set of early offset hubs here to play with and offer up brembos to see if it would work or not.

Hi Steve,

If you can wait a month or so I will have a full set of 86 951 hubs, spindles, near new rotors and probably the calipers available as I'm converting my car to late offset and fitting monoblock calipers.

Be aware that '85-'86 951 brembos have a bolt spacing specific to that year; Brembos from other years won't fit. EDIT: This bit was BS unfortunately- I've now measured both 86 951 and S2 hubs/calipers and they both use the same 94mm bolt spacing. I was mis-informed by information from the usual source for US-based Porsche related prattle...

Drop me a pm on here, or if you're on Facebook check out my page 'Dick Harman Motorsport' and message me there.

Cheers

Good timing I guess! They don't come up for sale very often...

I'm just trying to source a decent pair of late offset hubs and spindles and then I'll be away with this one; I'll keep you posted ;)
