Anybody looking for workshop space to share in West Berks?
I have a large workshop (3,000 square feet) I am using for my project cars that I am looking to share with 2 or 3 others. It is located 10 minutes off the M4 J13 in Newbury and has plenty of room for several cars, equipment etc. (I already have a ramp, MIG/TIG welders, plasma cutter, chassis tube bender, hoists etc.). Let me know if you are interested in some space for your pride and joy. Happy to be flexible on term etc.

Oh I wish you were closer to Kent. Been looking for something like this for ages..... 
Irony of it is from 85-87 I lived in Newbury, Newport road just off the A4 & 5 minutes walk from the A34 junction.

tr7v8, I too had been looking for some shared workshop space for some time without success, hence why I took the plunge leasing my own workshop with a view to sharing with others. The workshop is just 2 mins from where you used to live!
