Nothing wrong with P6000's good tyre - in the dry! And ok in the wet driven sensibly.
Oh! and happen to have a used set of 15" for sale, not required as Doris will be wearing 16"s on track

Just thought I'd conclude on this post. I ended up getting TOYO PROXES CF1's. Not really sports car tyre more of a high power saloon car tyre but they are V rated, available in my required size, and only £60 a tyre. I got four tyres and the car feels a lot better than before. The car seems to glide about now.

I'm no driving expert but these do seem to give more confidence in the corners. Probably more down to having new rubber of the same size on all four wheels than the tyres themselves.

Definitely happy with them.

I've had the CF1s before on a 205 GTi. If I am honest I prefer them to the T1-Rs which have never quite satisfied me.
