Right last night when i was coming home i noticed that my mpg dial wasn't working.

I was wondering if anyone one can tell where the pipe is connected from and to, so i can find out if there is a damaged connection

Thanks

Sarah

Sorry, my 968 doesn't have an econometer (probably be too depressing!), so I can't really help :(

I would expect it to be a small bore vacuum pipe somewhere around the inlet manifold though.

Cynical view, why do you want an economy guage on a 944, drive it like you stole it

TBH I don't know, I suspect it'll be an vacum guage. so a feed from the inlet.

Thanks for the help guys anyway.

Well after posting up this morning i went and got fuel before i went out for the day.
As i said before i noticed the problem last night when i was heading to the regional meet, and it was still doing it this morning but when i put fuel in the car(just underhalf before doing so), it decided to come back to life, so it has me a little puzzled still at the moment.
But will see how it goes.

But thanks again guys
