Evening all,, Need some advice on sale price please..

This week-end I have been offered a great opportunity to purchase my house. Problem is I need to free up some capital to top up my savings & amongst some other cars I own, the 944 may sadly have to go.

Problem I have is trying to figure out what to sell her for. The prices I have seen the last 6 months are between 14k & 24k! She has done 163k form new, but had top end rebuild & belts & pulleys replaced around 4000miles ago (2013). I have spent around 8k since Sept 2012, so as you can imagine the car is in pretty much tip-top condition. I recently drove 2500miles round europe and the car was driven as she was intended for on alps passes, french nationales etc.. Really is one of the best cars I have driven. Everything works as expected, shes tight, handles, sounds nice etc...

If I was to keep her, I would do the following;

replace seals (door, windows, tail-gate & sunroof)
Drivers seat has a tear in the lumber side and been quoted £150 to repair.
Some stone chips from europe tour

This is not an advert, but trying to get some good advice on what to price her so I'm not too high, too low...
