Changing the headlining on my 88 944s and need to remove the plastic windscreen pillar trim, removed three blanking plugs, middle and bottom one phillips screws but not in the top one.
Help, what is holding the top one, no screw there but it won 't come off! :(
And I thought the hardest part would be removing the Quarter windows, that was straight forward.
Thanks
Ian.

Very likely that there is a screw at the top. The trim has moved on top of it.

Had The same on mine and screw was rusty

Like wise, I has the same problem. Screws were rusty and were not in the centre of the holes where the caps had come from. Took a bit of feeling around with the screwdriver and a difficult peek with a torch.

Result, found the screw way off centre to the hole (not rusty though) in fact they could not be seen with a torch, same on both sides, anyway trims now off :D
Thanks again guys
Ian.
