Sounds like you should block his email too.

Benji if he makes threats to leave bad feedback because of u refusing to do him a special price then that is feedback extortion and u can report him for that.

Ebay removed the negative feedback he left me straight away!

Go on his profile to leave positive feedback (as that is all you can do) except in the comment section leave a comment that you would really like to. When he complains you can then negotiate removal of his negative feedback against your comments left. :D

cancel the sale and say the items are no longer available due to hurricane damage or items lost ,broken whatever.
When sale cancelled by ebay refund him the money and ban him.
Change all your existing sales postage to UK only

What a nightmare

I contacted ebay via facebook regarding this buyer and they replied saying they will investigate further.

At a guess id say most people on here sell Porsche related items on eBay - maybe everyone should make an effort to add this guy to their blocked buyers list??

Just one thing to think about and be wary of...
If payment is done through PayPal, all items MUST be sent tracked, otherwise the recipient can claim they've not had the goods and get a refund. I've just experienced this and although tracked was offered, the buyer wouldn't pay the cost and insisted on normal post. Ebay and PayPal gave a refund even though I have proof of posting!
