tried to do cancel transaction, but ebay wouldnt let me as there had been a case opened and so for some reason it would not let me send cancel transaction request.

so i spoke with ebay and they said just refund the buyer through paypal and it will be seen as its linked.

so refunded through paypal, and sent him ebay message just stating i have sent refund, and do not buy any of my items in future.

now i just have to wait for the negative feedback he will inevitably leave me! for not giving him freebies as a thankyou for purchasing items lol

For the hassle he could still cause, I'd refund him and relist the items with his user name in the details and a comment of "you bid to buy not like ersatztiele944" as a warning to others. Afterall, there are 5 items he wants and will now have to find from elsewhere so he's peed on his own chips there.

Good luck!!

You can also get negative feedback removed if you explain the situation to eBay.
They will be able to see all his messages so you will have a strong case.

this is becoming even more of a joke.

he said if im not going to give him freebie then cancel transaction and refund him. so i tried to cancel transaction and it wouldnt work as there had been a case opened for item not paid previously.

spoke to ebay advisor, they said to just refund the payment through paypal, and it would be linked to ebay.

so made refund through paypal, which is pending until 21st as i didnt have paypal funds in account.

i messaged to say refund had been made.

i now get a message saying please send items asap. to which i responded that the refund had been made and i will not be shipping any items.

the response is that he did not get a request to cancel transaction, and that he still expects items. i have told him the refund has been made and i wont be shipping any items. end of day he has his money back and so he cant expect any items. and if he reports me to ebay for item not received, then the refund will be shown and so the case will surely be closed as they cant take the money back again or force me to send the items? end of day i could have just hung onto the money, and forced him to go through money back garentee process to lift the funds from my account if i did not ship the items. but i have sent money back, and so therefore in my mind the transaction is now complete. why wont this chap just piss off!

he asks for refund, which i send, and now says he wants the items!!!!

he was obviously trying to call my bluff and expect his request for refund to spur me on to include the free items. instead i just sent the money back, and he doesnt like it lol.

bloody nightmare

I think it might be a good idea to go through the HELP section on ebay and report him as a buyer. You will need to provide the auction number and e bay should investigate as (taken from their website) Demanding a change to the postage method or delivery location, other than those specified in the listing. is against their rules.

It may be an idea to provide e bay with a link to this thread so they can see other people have problems with this guy.

i reported his actions through the report buyer button where u go to leave feedback.

also spoke to ebay advisor on the phone who recorded all the going ons when i was asking how to refund.

i am set to loose my final value fees as well which are £23. as i was unable to send cancel transaction request due to a previous case being open.

i will of course also receive negative feedback from the chap soon enough, so will probably end up with 5 negatives and a hold on my account. so i will then have to try and have the feedback removed which i imagine could be a right pain

5 negative feedback on a business seller account in one hit will most likely cause ebay to put a hold on my account, or selling limits etc.

nightmare for a business seller

more drama

refund was blocked by paypal because of reason that they couldnt go into!

chap emails me demanding refund within 24 hours by bank transfer lol (not happening)

so i had to spend half hour on phone to get paypal to overcome the block and force the refund, which apparently has now gone through. as far as paypal are concerned i have carried out my dutys. i hope not to hear from him again but im sure i will have!

absolute nightmare

List his details on eBay Facebook page - at least you can have your say there and include links to it in any future eBay listings!

https://www.facebook.com/eBay.co.uk?ref=br_rs

We'll all spread the word to all Porsche sellers :) and reduce his parts supply :D

This guy just tried to buy something from me but I remembered his name from this thread!

I have something for sale that's collection only. He sent a message offering 25% off and I declined. He was nice at first but then said that if I didn't do him a deal then he would BIN and then leave me bad feedback.

I said in that case I'd agree and to give me 5 minutes so I could change the listing to allow international buyers. Then I blocked him. Ha, gullible tw4t!

He didn't like that and has been emailing me messages directly making threats. I've told him to come over and we'll settlie it if he likes. If he does I'll make sure to film me inserting a toastrack up his arse and post it here.
