 Post subject: 944 S2 front coil springs wanted

Has anybody got a pair of front uprated springs to fit 944 s2,30 mm drop.

These are the only front lowering springs worth buying, they're actually Weltmeister 200lb progressive springs but Rose Passion sometimes aren't great with their descriptions. These are very good quality and made in the US:

Are those a much stiffer spring Rich?
At the moment it drive nice,everyone who drives it makes a remark! I really dont want to ruin the ride but it sits to high on the front.

Stock are around 160-175lb and you'll find that all the cheaper lowering springs are even softer than that. I found the stock spring rates far too soft which leads to some 'challenging' handling at and beyond the limit as the roll and dive at the front really unsettles the rear. But it depends on how hard you drive the car whether or not you'd get the benefit.

The ride is no different to stock to be honest, I've been running mine with the stock M474 Koni sport dampers.

A brand new set of 968 club sport springs are £179 and 20 mm lower

And will fit an S2
