Hi, I don't know if this will be of interest to you all, but I'll post it anyway.
I have just built this engine for a customer for a race series where he has to
run the standard inlet plenium. I've done a few internal changes, pistons, rods, camshafts, inlet valves, head porting and compression ratio.

We have had it on the dyno today and these are the results.

That's quite something!

I guessed the potential was there for 240odd but never expected that.

Beautiful finish too, as per wih your builds.

Now this is VERY VERY interesting! You can't get away with a tease, even on April 1st, without more follow up info :)

That's a bit more like it always thought the power to displacement ratio was a bit on the low side but then they are tough long lasting motors, unless they overheat or the belts break. My old MGA Twin -Cam produced 110bhp from 1588 cc. and that was in 1958 on SU carbs. I got it up to 135 Bhp. Then the crank broke.
Yes a breakdown or parts and cost would be very interesting.

Hi, this engine as had a full rebuild, linered block, pistons, rods and crank work. Then there's the cylinder head, this we had ported, valve guide's, new bigger valve seat's and valves. New uprated valve springs, solid lifter kit and SCS spec cam profiles. High compression, mapped and dynode on stand alone ECU. SCS will be happy to price you the same or similar build.

Cheers Tim
