As part of my ongoing clear out of 944 S2 parts, I have the following parts available:

Complete Second-hand 3.0 litre S2 Engine with flywheel but excluding bellhousing. Bought as an 89,000 mile unit, but I have no evidence to confirm this, so would have to be bought on good faith. I never got around to fitting this to my car, and have not heard it run, but it seems to be in good condition externally - £700 ono

S2 (16V) Cylinder Head including caps and cam followers, but excluding cams - £250 ono

2 x Cranks (both in need of regrind, but certainly could be used again) - £60 each

Sump - £40 ono

Pagid Blue 4-2 Brake Pads for 944 S2 (E1203), brand new in box - £110 ono

I live in Hampshire if you wanted to view/collect the items, but happy to ship anything (subject to agreement on costs). Photos available via PM, if you are interested...
