I currently Have 6j 15inch on the rear on My 924S with et52.3...
Surely I could fit 7J15 as long as the et is the same?..Without any trouble?

Yes you should be able to get away with it. Thinking about it they are bigger offsets than a 924S normally runs, nonABS cars are normally in the 20s, only the post 86 ABS compatible cars use offsets in the 50s.
