Looks incredible, would love to have a nosey around. Can't imagine it being left in that state if it was in Britain.

America has the space to lose a building like that and forget it.

I've surveyed a few building in the UK that have been left empty for years.
One was a sweet shop that still had rows of sweet jars and the old scales on the counter.
Been left untouched for about 20 years but was due for demolition.

Also surveyed an old Tesco store that was sold and mothballed for 15years until a town centre re-development was finalised.
It is fascinating to see how things have changed and not necessarily improved.

In Ashburton in Devon a pub closed just after the war and was just left till about 12 years ago.
