JUNE

Monday 2nd - The Bennington Classic
The Lordship Arms, Bennington SG2 7BX

The residents of Bennington (a village between Stevenage and Ware) own a wide collection of classic cars and have decided to hold a Classic Car Show/Evening at the local pub.

The Lordship Arms always has a good atmosphere and with a good collection of cars and a large beer garden, it should make for a good evening.

This is the first ‘Bennington Classic’ and we are the only club that has been invited, so it would be good to get a parade of Porsche for others to admire! For more info contact Gary Adams/Neil Pargiter.

Thursday 19th – Club Night

We’re moving!!! - The North London & Herts Club Night is looking for a new home and we’d like you to help us find a new, permanent, venue.

Our first option, and our meeting place for July, is: The Three Horseshoes, Hooks Cross, Watton-at-Stone, Hertfordshire SG14 3RY. This is a country pub with a very large car park and nice beer garden – seems a nice place to meet. Come and check it out and let us know what you think.






JULY

Sunday 13th – East Coast Run

A trip to the seaside!! Pack the family and a picnic and join the gleaming parade of Porsches from our region, and others, to hit the road and take over Great Yarmouth. The exact route and times are still to be confirmed, but it looks sure to be a good one.

Thursday 17th – Club Night

Our second ‘new home’ option is The Fish & Eels in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. This pub is situated on the river making for a lovely location to while away an hour or two on a nice summer evening.

AUGUST

Sunday/Monday 24/5th - Knebworth Classic Car Show

Always an enjoyable event with lots of cars, stalls and things to see and do…one for all the family. We need to get an idea of numbers to book our pitch, so please give us a ring/e-mail if you’re interested.
