Newbie on board

Hi all,

Being a Petrol head, who loves a quality car, I thought I'd best join this forum, it appears to be very good?

One of my neighbours has a 987 Black Edition and following a brief sit in his car and listening to his stories about the pin sharp handling, fantastic brakes and reasonable running costs, I thought I best get down to the dealers to have a look?? I was thinking of buying the new F type Jag, but it's a bit too pricey in my opinion?? AND, the Porsche will probably hold it's value a little better??

So, there I was, at the doors of Dick Lovett Bristol, and in front of me there's a white Boxster S sat on 20" wheels shouting BUY ME!!! So, I had a demonstration drive and a test drive, and was amazed at the comfort/handling experience and the PDK box is simply awesome!! (I hate automatics!!)

To cut a long story short, I pick it up on Saturday, and cannot wait!!

The car will be cherished, polished, never taken out in the rain and do hardly any miles!! How do I know, because I jut part ex'd my 2010 Mazda MX-5, which was cherished, polished, never taken out in the rain and had 7000 miles on it.
