Why are there sooo many Knob drivers out there ?? Driving to Work Thursday morning & some knob drives into my rear !!, fortunately fairly low speed, but cracked the rear bumper & lower air dam spoiler, also creased the tailpipe Trim, seems no actual panel damage, but spoke to Porsche centre Hatfield & adding up costs, the Bumper itself is £200, the rubber strip, £160 !!??, the bumper shock absorbers £200 & the lower spoiler £1100 !!!?????????? I know im not paying for the damage but the 3rd party's insurance will be, I can get a 2nd hand one for around £130, but its down to the insurance company if they allow 2nd hand parts as a repair, because the £1100 spoiler may just be enough for them to write the car off, the bumper & other bits I want new, but the spoiler im happy to go 2nd hand with. Ive been to the bodyshop I use & they said its a very easy fix & I know they will do an awesome job. this sort of thing really cheeses me off, if it was a shitter of a car I wouldn't mind, but the 944 is in near mint condition Grrrrrr!!!!... just thought I would get that off my chest , Jinxy

Simmler thing happen 2 me 6 months ago, didn't need shocks, bumper is repirable and I just just took the quoted repire £150 from the other party. Still need 2 get it done.

There are loads of nuggets out there behind steering wheels, gutted for you fella but it will fix, you could do without it though !

Well its good new after all, the insurance company has agree to the repairs which are going to cost well over 1k it goes in next week for around 7 days, cant wait to have her back looking sweet again.

Hard luck, you have my sympathy having been dealing with another f**kwitted girl this week.
