I think you will need deeper pockets than that ,£2000 will but you a bucket of trouble

You could get a pre-85 model for £2000. I bought mine for £1500, but I've had to throw about £4000 at it over 2 years, and that's with doing most of the work myself.

That is hugely overdue a belt change, last done in 2005

That is one of the many that has been on a while, it was on before for around double that, which is why I was struggling to find an S2. The belts are a common thing, done a few thousand miles ago but in reality 8 years ago. At least they are starting to get an idea of the true value of it after it didn't sell for the original asking price.

At that price I would rather pay 4 belt and know there 100% fresh
