:D

Hello everyone,

I'm new to TIPEC and what a day it was on the 3rd August 2008 at Gaydon. I have never had so much fun in my red 924S. :). The track event was brilliant and I really enjoyed driving my little red 924S with the 911's.

I had my car parked next to the 911 & Porsche World stand.

I currently own 3 924's. They are:-

Red 924 2.0ltr being given to my stepson very soon. (88,000 miles from new)
White 'le mans' car the 2.0ltr version and not the 2.5ltr. Very rare now. (84,000 miles from new). Restoration project.
Red 924S the earliest confirm chassis number to come into the uk. Regsitered in 1985. Used as a daily car with lots of tlc.

I caught the bug 3 years ago. Sold my Honda Type R and now love driving these cars

Cheers

Sean

Hello and welcome.

Gaydon was a cracking weekend, but i didnt want to take my 944 round the track cause she smokes her head off at the moment when i put my foot down anyway.

But glad you enjoyed it it was nice that the weather held out for the guys and gals too
