Goin to have my wheels done black (shiny black), i think it will be a good contrast against the extra white new paint on the car.
Do i have them painted/sprayed black, or have them powder coated black?
Powder coat is the more expensive of the 2 options.
I had my previous wheels sprayed, is powder coat worth the expense?

Powder coating is more hard wearing but, in my experience, the quality of the finish is poor compared to the normal spraying and baking process used by most refurb places

. I'd have said that powder coating was cheaper as well, but maybe that's why I got such a poor finish on my last set of alloys

Powder coating - less likely to chip. Had a lot of set done normally a good finish.

I've just had all my wheels powder coated (that's 13 in total) and colour oded - black for snow and silver for normal. All look great, but need to get rid of 4 51/2 KJs as they do not fit a 912 - they rub against the dampers as the offset(?) is too deep. (Offers?)
But that means I need single 51/2 J to make up my set of normal road wheels/tyres.
